试论病证结合、方证对应在临证处方遣药中的指导作用

Instructive action of combining disease and syndromes, corresponding of prescriptions and syndrome on clinical application

论述了病证结合、方证对应理论产生的渊源,及病证结合、方证对应理论在临床应用中的指导作用;指出病证结合是准确认证的关键,而方证对应是临证施治的前提,两者的结合是辨证论治的最佳境界,决定了遣方用药的配伍原则,是实现中医药疗效的有效途径之一。

Abstract： The article discussed the origin of theories of combining of disease and syndromes, corre- sponding of prescription and syndrome, and their instructive action on clinical application. It was pointed out that combination of disease and syndromes played a key role in accurately differentiating syndrome, and corresponding of prescription and syndromes was the precondition of clinical treatment. Combining of the two theories was good for syndrome differentiation and treatment. It could determine the rules in description and was a effective way in realization of the clinical therapy.
