吗啡条件性位置偏爱大鼠脑伏核中CaMK Ⅱ及NOS阳性神经元变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究吗啡条件性位置偏爱(CPP)大鼠伏核中CaMK Ⅱ及NOS的阳性神经元变化。方法:采用免疫组织化学实验方法观察CaMK Ⅱ及NOS阳性神经元的形态及数目的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,吗啡模型组CaMK Ⅱ及NOS的阳性神经元数均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:吗啡CPP大鼠伏核中显示CaMK Ⅱ及NOS的阳性神经元增多,参与了吗啡精神依赖的形成。 Objective:To study changes of CaMK Ⅱ and NOS positive neurons in nucleus accumbens of rats with morphine-induced conditioned place preference(CPP). Methods:Using immunohistochemistry method to observe CaMK Ⅱ and NOS positive neurons' morphology and numbers. Results:CaMK Ⅱ and NOS positive neurons increased significantly(P〈0.01)in morphine induced CPP rats compared with that in normal control group. Conclusion:The increased CaMK Ⅱ and NOS positive neurons in nucleus accumbens of morphine induced CPP rats involves in the formation of morphine psychological dependence.
