智能型沥青洒布车已成为我国沥青洒布工业的主流

Intelligent asphalt distributor has become the mainstream for the asphalt distributing industry of China

随着我国公路事业的迅速发展,特别是新工艺、新材料的不断采用和提高施工质量的要求,为沥青洒布车开辟了广阔的使用前景。新建高速公路的"透层"、"下封层""黏层"需要高质量沥青喷洒;低等级公路和大量的乡镇公路采用的"层铺法",需要高质量沥青喷洒。大量的路面养护作业,采用的"单表处"或"双表处"工艺也都需要高质量沥青喷洒。但改性沥青,特别是橡胶沥青的出现,使沥青的使用温度提出到90℃以上,动力黏度成倍增长,给沥青洒布增长了较大的困难。因此,今后我国不仅在数量上要增加沥青洒布车的需要,而且要进一步提高沥青洒布车的技术水平。

The rapid development of highways in China,especially the adoption of new technologies and materials and higher demands on the construction quality,paves way for the more bright future of asphalt distributors. The 'prime coat','sub-seal coat','tack coat' of newly built expressways needs high quality distribution of asphalts,the same to' spreading in layers' used in low class highways and rural road,and 'single surfacing' or 'double-surfacing' used in the pavement maintenance. However,the use of modifi ed asphalt,in particular the rubber asphalt,requires a minimum temperature of 90□ and the dynamic viscosity increases doubly,which poses more diffi culties on the asphalt distribution. Therefore,China will not only need more asphalt distributors in terms of quantities,but also should improve its performance capacity.
