“颅底七穴”治疗帕金森病80例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on treating Parkinson's disease by "the Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base"

目的:通过对"颅底七穴"治疗帕金森病,观察其临床疗效。方法:将80例帕金森病患者进行临床随机对照前瞻性研究,其中40例为治疗组,采用针刺"颅底七穴"法治疗;40例为对照组,采用常规西药美多巴治疗。研究病例在用不同方法治疗3个疗程后,对其研究结果进行临床有效率评价和Webster评分,并在6个月末、12个月末进行随访,计算其最终有效率。结果:治疗3个疗程后治疗组临床控制率和总有效率分别为15.00%、82.50%,对照组分别为7.50%、67.50%:经随访1年后,剔除复发病例2组终末总有效率分别为80.00%和55.00%。治疗前2组Webster评分均值分别为13.12±0.71和12.47±0.87;治疗3个疗程后二者分别降低为6.09±0.67和8.60±0.77;随访1年后,二者分别降至3.99±0.75和7.94±0.71。结论:研究提示,针刺"颅底七穴"治疗帕金森病临床疗效显著,与常规西药美多巴治疗具有显著优势,且其复发率低,副作用少,依从性好。从患者Webster评分改善情况看,针刺治疗组对帕金森病患者强直、震颤、姿势、言语、面容及自我照顾能力均有明显改善;从病程与疗效关系来看,病程短者的疗效优于病程长者,说明帕金森病患者的治疗不宜延误,以免失去较好的治疗时机。

Objective： The aim of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of “the Seven Aeupoints of the Cranial Base” to PD. Materials and Methods We prospectively studied 80 selected patients with PD, who was acupunctured “the Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base” in 40 and regular west medicine Madopar in 40. After 3 periods of treatment, we assessed the clinic efficient and Webster scale. After I year follow-up, we calculated the last efficient. Results After 3 periods of treatment, the cure rate and total efficient of the two group is separately 15.00% and 82.50% to 7.50% and 67.50% ; After 1 year follow-up, the last total efficient is separately 80.00% to 55.00%. The Webster scale before treatment is separately 13.12±0.71 to 12.47±0.87; After 3 periods of treatment, the scales changed to 6.09±0.67 and 8.60±0.77; 1 year later to 3.99±0.75 and 7.94±0.71. Conclusion： “The Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base” has good curative effect to PD.
