摘要
目的:探讨管灸治疗面神经损伤的机理。方法:采用机械压榨制作家兔面神经损伤模型,采用原位杂交技术观察管灸对其面神核、面神经、面部表情肌NGFmRNA表达的影响,并和电针进行对比。结果:与模型组、电针组比较,管灸组各部位NGFmRNA积分光密度均增加,有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:管灸可显著增加各部位NGFmRNA表达,从而促进面神经损伤的修复和再生。
Objective: To reveal the molecular mechanisms of Guan-moxibustion in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods: With the model of rabbits in Sunderland Ⅲ injury in facial nerve, they were randomly divided into 4 groups, sham operation group, model group, Guan-moxibustion group and electro-acupuncture group. Apply the In Situ Hybridization to compare the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF) mRNA in the nucleus of facial nerve, facial nerve and mimetic muscle among the groups. Results: Comparing with model groups and electro-acupuncture groups, the integral photodensity expression of NGFmRNA in the nucleus of facial nerve, facial nerve and mimetic muscle of Guan-moxibustion group is obviously increased( P 〈 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions: Guan-moxibustion can obviously increase the expression of NGFmRNA in the nucleus of facial nerve, facial nerve and mimetic muscle.
