383例节育手术并发症调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on 383 Cases of Contraceptive Operation Complications

目的:对重庆市奉节县实行节(绝)育措施以来1984～1994年间各种节(绝)育手术102927例中鉴定为手术并发症383例进行分析。方法:收集各种节(绝)育手术并发症种类、数量、发生率,分析影响因素。结果:讨论减少节育术并发症的对策,对稳定低生育水平,解决并发症的实际困难,全面提升计划生育技术质量,为计划生育主管部门制定科技管理办法提供参考依据。结论:节育手术并发症发生率直接影响计划生育工作的顺利开展.放置宫内节育器(IUD)简单、安全、有效、痛苦小,并发症发生率低,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze 383 cases of contraceptive operation complications, which were selected from the 102,927 post -contraceptive operation cases of 31 towns in Fengjie County, from 1984 to 1994. Methods： The sorts, amounts and incidences of each contraceptive operation complications were collected, and the influential factors were analyzed. Results ： The strategy rates of reducing contraceptive operation complications was beneficial for stabilizing low fertility level, solving the actual difficulties of clinical complications, improving the quality of family planning services, and providing reference for family planning administrative department to set up scientific managements. Conclusion ： The incidence rate of contraceptive operation complications directly effects the successful development of family planning works. And IUD placement is worth being popularized for its simple, safety, efficiency, little pain and low incidence rate of contraceptive operation complications.
