平阳霉素局部注射治疗口腔颌面部大囊型淋巴管畸形

Clinical therapeutic effect of macrocystic lymphatic malformations in oral and maxillofacial regions by localized injection with pingyangmycin

目的观察平阳霉素局部注射对口腔颌面部大囊型淋巴管畸形的临床疗效。方法颌面部大囊型淋巴管畸形患者40例，小剂量平阳霉素局部瘤体注射治疗。结果平阳霉素局部瘤体注射取得了满意的疗效，瘤体完全消退和显著缩小者达70％，不良反应发生率低且轻，主要为轻度全身反应。结论平阳霉素局部注射对颌面部大囊型淋巴管畸形简便有效，避免了手术切除淋巴管畸形所造成的瘢痕及手术风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of macrocystic lymphatic malformations in oral and maxillofacial regions by local injection with pingyangmycin. Methods Forty patients with macrocystic lymphatic malformations in oral and maxillofaeial regions were given localized injection with minute dose pingyangmycin. Results The local injection with pingyangmycin was effective for macrocystic lymphatic malformations,70 percent of the patients obtained a better treatment outcomes with a lymphangiomas completely regression or significant diminution. The rate of adverse effects of the treatment was low and lightly, most of them were gently general reaction. Conclusion The local injection with pingyangmycin is an effective and simple method for macrocystie lymphatic malformations with the advantages of the absence of a surgical scar and other surgical risk.
