摘要
目的观察融斑通脉颗粒对大鼠缺血再灌注所致心肌梗死的影响。方法以大鼠缺血再灌注所致的心肌梗死模型,通过测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量、以硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)染色法测定梗死面积、梗死区重量,观察融斑通脉颗粒对心肌梗死程度的影响。结果融斑通脉颗粒组大鼠的梗死面积和梗死区重量明显低于模型组,而血清SOD活性增加、MDA含量降低。结论融斑通脉颗粒能减轻大鼠缺血再灌注所致的心肌梗死程度。
Purpose To observe the effect of Rongban Tongmai Granules on ischemia-reperfusion induced myocardial infarction in rats. Methods After establishing myocardial infarction rat models induced by ischemia-repeffusion, the infarct size, weight as well as the serum super oxide dismutase (SOD) and malonaldehyde (MDA) were measured to find out the effect of Rongban Tongmai Granules on ischemia-reperfusion induced Myocardial infarction in rats. Results Myocardial infarct size and weight were significantly smaller for rats given the treatment with Rongban Tongmai Granules than the model rats. in rats treatment with Rongban Tongmai Granules the activity of SOD was higher while the MDA was lower. Conclusion Rongban Tongmai Granules can relieve myocardial infarction induced by ischemia-repeffusion in rats.
