A Review of 10-Year Implementation of Subject Librarian System in University Library of China

十年前,清华大学图书馆在我国率先实行学科馆员制度,正式把国外的先进管理制度引入国内。近年来,我国多数高校图书馆纷纷设置了学科馆员制度,但在实行中发展不尽如人意。文章分析目前开展学科馆员制度实践中所存在的问题与不足,并就如何完善该制度应采取的措施和对策进行探讨。

Ten years ago, the library of Qinghua University took the lead in implementing subject librarian system in China, introduced advanced management system into China from abroad and made some achievements. In recent years, subject librarian system has been implemented in most of the university libraries of China, but the development has not been satisfied. The paper discusses the present problems and shortcomings in the implementing of subject librarian system, and puts forward the to improve the system.
