摘要
阐述新形势下高校图书馆对合作书商建立服务质量评价制度的重要性,以北方工业大学图书馆实践为例,探讨对提高书商服务质量监管力度的有效途径,提出今后工作需要完善的几点建议。
The article presents the importance that as the library in college to establish the service quality evaluation system for cooperative booksellers under the new situation. Also, taking the library of North China University of Technology for an example, it discusses the effective means of improving the supervision and regulation of the service quality of cooperative booksellers. Finally, it points out some suggestions that need to be improved in the future.
