摘要
目的探讨血浆总同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法选取60例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者为糖尿病组,男32例,女28例;30例无糖尿病同期健康体检者为正常对照组(NC),男17例,女13例。糖尿病组分为无视网膜病变组(Non-DR)29例,男15例,女14例;视网膜病变组(DR)31例,男17例,女14例;视网膜病变组分为背景性视网膜病变(BDR)17例和增殖性视网膜病变(PDR)14例。应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆Hey和血清oxLDL水平,眼底行荧光造影检查。结果Non-DR、BDR、PDR与NC组间Hey、oxLDL浓度比较差异有统计学意义(F:23.908,P〈0.01;F=55.164,P〈0.01);PDR、BDR组与Non-DR组比较,Hey、oxLDL浓度均增高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);PDR与BDR组比较,Hey、oxLDL浓度均增高,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。在DR组中Hey与oxLDL呈正相关(r=0.564,P〈0.01)。结论Hey、oxLDL是糖尿病视网膜病变的重要危险因素。在DR组中Hey与oxLDL呈正相关(r=0.564,P=0.000)。
Objective To determine the relationship between the fasting plasma total homocysteine (Hcy) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL) in serum and the presence of DR in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The study group consisted of 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients. The diabetic patients group was subdivided into a group of with non DR ( Non - DR) and a group with DR. The DR group was divided into a group with background diabetic retinopathy (BDR) and a group with proliferative (PDR). 30 cases healthy persons served as normal controls (NC). The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum were detected using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The fundus of eye was examined using fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA). Results The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum were significantly different among Non - DR, BDR, PDR and NC ( respectively F =23. 908, P 〈0.01 ; F =55. 164, P 〈0.01 ). The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum were gradually increased in Non - DR, BDR, PDR. The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum were higher in PDR group and BDR group than those in the Non -DR (respectively P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.01 ). The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum were significantly elevated in PDR group compared with BDR group (respectively P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05 ). Hcy and oxLDL were of positive relation in DR group ( r = 0. 564, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The levels of plasma Hcy and oxLDL in serum increased in DR group, indicating that Hcy and oxLDL may be risk factors for the development and progression of DR.
