早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病血中血小板活化因子水平的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究早产儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血中血小板活化因子(PAF)水平的变化,探讨早产儿合并HIE时血中PAF水平,及PAF在早产儿HIE发病机制中的作用。方法采用ELISA方法测定早产儿HIE血中PAF水平。结果早产儿血中PAF水平(9±3)pg/ml比足月新生儿低(44±12)pg/ml;早产儿HIE时PAF浓度显著高于无HIE组,P〈0.01;早产儿轻度HIE时PAF浓度(13±6)pg/ml显著低于中、重度HIE时PAF浓度(137±59)pg/ml,P〈0.0l。结论早产儿血中PAF水平比足月新生儿低,早产儿合并轻度HIE时PAF浓度增高,中、重H/E时则明显增高。PAF在病理情况下可能参与早产儿HIE发病,并可能与HIE严重程度相关。PAF受体拮抗剂可能起到有效的神经保护作用,作为HIE的治疗提供新的途径和方法。 Objective To study the platelet - activating factor (PAF) levels in premature infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and to explorethe relationship of PAF in premature infants with hypoxic - ischemic eneephalopathy (HIE). Methods The plasma PAF from 73 premature infants and 15 healthy full - turin controls were meastured by "Sandwich" ELISA. Results The PAF levels in premature infants (9±3 )pg/ml were lower than those in normal full-term neonates (44±12 )pg/ml, P 〈 0.01. In premature infants, the PAF levels in mild HIE (13±6)pg/ml were significantly lower inseverity HIE ( 137±59) pg/ml and significantly higher than non-HIE (9±3) pg/ml. Conclusion Obviously higher levels of PAF in HIE indicate PAF might play an important role in pathogenesis of HIE in a special way.
