钻井通用井底落物打捞器的研制

Development of universal fisher for fishing bottomhole fish in drilling

针对现有钻井井下落物打捞工具存在的缺陷和不足,研制了钻井通用井底落物打捞器。该打捞器主要由连接部分、内筒、外筒等部分组成。落物进入内筒后,内筒上部的剪切板在连接部分的作用下,剪断与外筒连接的销钉,推动内筒下行,内筒下部的收缩爪在外筒下部的斜坡台肩的作用下,迅速收缩,达到捞取井底落物的目的。现场使用表明,这种打捞器打捞成功率高,通用性好,操作简单,打捞成本低,工作安全可靠,具有较好的经济效益。

With regard to the drawback and shortcoming in fishing the downhole fish, a universal fisher for fishing bottomhole fish in drilling is developed. It mainly consists of connecting part, inner cylinder and outer cylinder. When the fish drops into the inner cylinder, the shearing plate at the upper side of inner cylinder shears the pin between itself and outer cylinder and pushes the inner cylinder move downwards under the action of connecting part. Then, under the action of slope shoulder at the lower side of outer cylinder, the contracting claw at the lower side of inner cylinder contracts rapidly, thus reaching the goal of fishing bottomhole fish. The field application indicates that this kind of fisher features high success ratio, good applicability, simple operation, low fishing cost and safe and reliable working with good social and economic benefits.
