稠油计量站应用采出液余热采暖技术研究

摘要 针对新疆油田冬季采用油田注汽锅炉生产的高品质蒸汽进行保温,造成非生产耗汽量居高不下的问题,重新设计采暖系统,以回收采出液余热实现计量站保温。其基本原理是回收采出液所蕴含的热能,通过散热器换热提高房间温度,散热器采用D76mm×5mm的无缝钢管,220mm的180°高压弯头及原油管线焊接而成。应用表明,采出液采暖工艺不仅可以实现计量站保温,而且能减少高品质蒸汽的消耗,为计量站冬季保温开辟了新思路。 In winter, Xinjiang Oilfield usually uses the high-quality steam from steam-injection boiler to keep warm, resulting in high steam consumption used in non-production field. Thus, a new warming system to recycle the surplus heat from production fluid is designed to keep the metering station warm. The basic principle is that the heat contained in the production fluid is recycled to increase the room temperature through the heat exchange of heating radiator. The heating radiator is made of D76 mm × 5 mm seamless steel pipe, φ220 mm high pressure elbow of 180° and oil pipeline through welding. The application indicates that the new technology can not only keep the metering station warm, but also decrease the consumption of high-quality steam. It provides a new idea for the warming of metering station in winter.
