本文根据定床和动床模型试验结果，并参照有关历史文献，比选东西水道，提出了外航道的最佳治理方案；工程实施后，取得良好的效益。
篢his paper, based on the results of immobile bed and mobile bed model test, making a reference to relevant his-torical informations, and comparing the waterways in the east and west, proposes an optimum regulation for the outernavigational channel. As a result, an obvious benefit has been obtained after the execution of the project.
