农民工“融城”心理障碍的消解路径与策略选择——以长沙、株州、湘潭的访谈记录文本为样本的分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着改革开放的深入发展,传统城乡之间的封闭状态逐渐破除,在城市化进程不断推进的改革语境下,农民工受城市影响力的牵引而大量涌入城市,成为当前社会转型期的特殊群体。作为"边缘化"的农民工,其在"融城"过程中的心理必然由相对平衡状态走向失衡状态。文章对前期学界相关研究成果进行了梳理,尝试以社会心理学和思想政治教育的"双视角",并结合长沙、株州、湘潭三地的访谈调查记录文本的分析,通过对乡土世界、想象世界、城市世界和实践世界这四大向度的概述和"参照群体"理论的相关阐释,对农民工"融城"心理障碍予以分析,并从思想政治教育的全新视角寻求农民工"融城"心理障碍的消解路径和策略。 With the deepening reform, the traditional closed state of urban and rural areas of China has been altered, and migrant workers flood into the city to embrace the opportunities of urbanization and become a special group in this period of social transition. As these migrant workers are marginalized, they naturally fall into an imbalanced psychology. This article, based on published research results and aided by interview records made in Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan, attempts an investigation into the psychological barriers of migrant workers in their integration into the city from the perspectives of social psychology and ideological-political education by describing rural world, imagined world, urban world, and practical world and explaining the "reference groups" theory. Resolution of the psychological barriers has also been discussed from the perspective of ideological-political education.
