摘要
目的考察仙鹿活骨丸对大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死的干预治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法给大鼠通过灌胃维甲酸造成股骨头缺血性坏死模型,通过骨密度观察、血液流变学检测和光镜观察仙鹿活骨丸治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。结果仙鹿活骨丸能明显改善股骨头部位的骨密度水平和血液流变学,改善软骨表面凹陷,降低软骨细胞变性坏死度。结论仙鹿活骨丸具有活血化瘀作用,可以降低股骨头缺血性坏死程度,改善坏死部位的组织形态学以治疗股骨头坏死。
Objective To observe the intervening effects of ＂Xianlu Huogu Pill＂ on rats with isehemic necrotic femoral head and study its mechanisms. Methods Ischemic necrotic femoral head was made by gastric perfusion of Tretinno. The bone density, hemarheology and light microscopic results were observed. Results ＂Xianlu Huogu Pill＂ could significantly improve the bone density and hemarheology level of necrotic femoral head; under the light microscope, the depressed ehondral surface had been improved and the denaturing necrosis had been abated. Conclusion ＂Xianlu Huogu Pill＂ can abate the ischemie necrotic femoral head and improve the histomorphology to treat necrosis of femoral head.
