摘要
目的建立太子参多糖含量的HPLC-ELSD测定方法;分析不同产地太子参中多糖的含量。方法用HPLC-ELSD法测定多糖的含量。以葡萄糖为对照品,测定太子参多糖中葡萄糖含量,求出多糖换算因子,将样品液中测得的葡萄糖量换算出多糖含量。结果不同产地太子参中多糖含量有一定差异,以福建柘荣产太子参为高。结论建立了HPLC-ELSD测定方法;较为准确地测定了不同产地太子参中多糖的含量,可为制订太子参药材质量标准提供依据。
Objective To develop an HPLC-ELSD method to determine the content of polysaccharide in Radix Pseudostellariae from Different habitats. Methods Polysaccharide was assayed by HPLC-ELSD. The glucose was used as standard control, and the purified polysaccharide was hydrolyzed to the glucose for polysaccharide conversion factor. Through the conversation factor, the content of glucose was converted to the content of polysaccharide in different samples. Results The contents of polysaecharide were different in Radix Pseudostellariae from different habitats. The contents of polysaccharide were higher in Radix Pseudostellariae for Zherong, Fufian. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and useful for the analysis of polysaccharide in Radix Pseudostellariae from different habitats, and thus can be used for its quality control.
