摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪等对诺兰达铜渣的化学成分、微观结构和物相组成进行了研究,并采用"焙烧-浸出"工艺探索铜渣资源化利用的途径。结果表明,诺兰达铜渣的主要矿相为铁橄榄石、磁铁矿、铜锍、玻璃相和少量金属铜。在680℃焙烧4 h后,采用2 mol/L硫酸于70℃浸出2 h后可以达到良好的浸出效果,使铜的浸出率达到92%以上。
In the present paper, the chemical composition, microstructure and crystalline phases of the Noranda copper slag are investigated by means of ICP OES, optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The roasting leaching process is used to find the reutilization process of copper smelting slag. The results show that the major crystalline phases present in the Noranda copper slag are fayalite, magnetite, copper matte, glassy phase as well as small amount of metallic copper. The leaching ratio of copper from the copper slag, roasted at 680 ℃ for 4 hours, attains approximately 92% under the conditions of 2 mol/L sulfuric acid leaching for 2 hours at 70 ℃.
