摘要
通过建立结晶器二维非稳态传热模型,在考虑气隙及角部圆弧对铸坯凝固过程影响的基础上,研究结晶器冷却强度对铸坯初始凝固均匀性影响的规律。结果表明,在结晶器内初始凝固区域,铸坯近角部的坯壳厚度小于角部和表面中心处的坯壳厚度;结晶器冷却强度降低,坯壳厚度变薄,但周向均匀性得到改善。
Through the two-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model for mould, the paper has studied the influence of mould cooling intensity on the strand shell homogeneity in the initial solidification areas with the influences of gas gap and corner arc in mould considered. The model calculation shows that the shell thickness near the corner is smaller than that of corner and surface center in the initial solidification areas; when the mould cooling intensity is reduced, the strand shell becomes thinner while the circumferential uniformity of shell thickness is improved.
