合金钢大方坯连铸结晶器用SEN的优化

摘要 采用物理模拟的方法,对合金钢大方坯连铸结晶器用的浸入式水口(SEN)进行研究,结果发现,原四孔SEN倒吸现象严重。优化试验显示,将SEN的平底改为凹底并缩小面积比,可提高出孔的充满度,减弱倒吸现象。在试验条件下,SEN的结构参数和工艺参数对液面波动影响不大;出口面积比对冲击压力、到达液面时间、混均时间、冲击深度等影响不大;底型对冲击压力的影响最大;出孔倾角对冲击深度、混均时间和到达液面时间的影响最显著;插入深度可以进行调节。 Research on the four-hole SEN in bloom mould of alloy steel continuous caster by means of physical simulation finds that there is a reverse flow with the original SEN. The optimization experiments show that the fullness degree of fluid can be increased and the backward flowing can be weakened if the flat bottom of the SEN is changed into concave bottom and the area ratio of the SEN is reduced. Under the research conditions, the parameters of structure and process have little influence on the fluctuation of liquid surface; the outlet area ratio affects little shock pressure, liquid surface arrival time, mixing time and impact depth; the bottom style has the greatest effect on shock pressure; the outlet angle has a remarkable influence on shock depth, mixing time, and liquid surface arrival time; and submerged depth can be adjusted.
