复合酶对鲤生长性能和养分消化率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验选用体重约50 g的鲤Cyprynus carpio120尾,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组设4个重复,每个重复放15尾鲤,分别在90 cm×80 cm×70 cm的网箱中饲养49 d,试验组投喂的饲料中添加质量分数为0.05%的复合酶。结果表明:试验组鲤的平均增重率、特定生长率、平均饲料效率和采食量分别比对照组提高了13.19%(P<0.05)、8.56%(P<0.05)、8.51%(P<0.05)和5.10%,饵料系数降低了7.87%(P<0.05);试验组鲤的前肠和后肠的黏度分别比对照组降低7.06%(P<0.05)和6.94(P<0.05);试验组鲤的总表观养分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗纤维的消化率分别比对照组提高7.34%(P<0.05)、5.57%(P<0.05)、3.55%和15.49%(P<0.05)。试验表明,在鲤基础饲料中添加复合酶,可以改善饲料的养分消化率,提高鲤的生长性能。 A feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of multi -enzyme on digestibility and growth performance of common carp Cyprinus carpio weighing 50 g. All of 120 fish were randomly allotted to two groups holding in net cages of each 90 cm × 80 cm × 70 cm and fed diets containing 0. 05% multi - enzyme with tetraplication for 49 days. The results showed that the fish fed the diets supplemented with the enzymes had increased by average weight gain rate (AGR)of 13.19%, special growth rate (SGR) of 8.56%, average feed efficiency (AFE) of 8.51% , and feed intake of 5.10% , significantly higher than the fish in control group(P 〈0. 05) , and decreased by feed conversion ratio ( FCR ) of 7.87% ( P 〈 0. 05 ), significantly lower than the fish in control group ( P 〈 0. 05). There was significantly 7.06% and 6. 94% lower viscosity index in anterior and posterior intestine in the fish fed the diet containing multi - enzyme than in the fish fed the control diet ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Apparent digestibility of gross nutrients, crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE) ,and crude fibre (CF) in the fish fed the diets supplemented with enzymes increased by 7.34%, 5.57% , 3.55%, and 15.49% , respectively, significantly higher than the fish in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), indicating that supplementation of multi - enzyme improved nutrient digestibility and growth performance in common carp.
