摘要
在考虑系统网损、电压平均偏离、系统静态稳定裕度的基础上,从经济学的角度引入了在无功优化中调控成本概念。介绍了用跟踪中心轨迹内点法计算系统优化前后网损变化量、优化前后电压平均偏离变化量、系统静态稳定裕度变化量、调控成本四个指标,再用层次分析法进行决策,计算电容器、变压器、发电机是否值得动作。IEEE14节点算例表明,所提出的方法能有效地提高系统运行的经济性和安全性。
In consideration of the bases of active power loss, average voltage deviation and static voltage stability margin, from the point of economy, concept of operation cost in reactive power optimization was introduced. Introduction was made to the tracing center-interior-point method to calculate system active power loss change quantity and average voltage deviation quantity before and after optimization, system static voltage stability margin change quantity and operation cost, then using analytic hierachy process to decide and calculate whether capacitors, transformers and generators are worth acting. Result of the IEEE 14 testing system shows that the proposed method can effectively raise the economic and safe performance in system operation.
