摘要 电子皮带秤是物料连续自动称量的一种计量器具,常用的基于单片机PID控制算法较难满足系统的控制要求。介绍了皮带秤系统硬件的设计方法,提出了一种基于单神经元的PID控制算法并进行了仿真。结果表明:单神经元PID控制器具有良好的抗动性和快速跟踪性。只要选择适当的学习速率、比例因子、权初值,就可使系统在允许误差下保持良好的自适应和鲁棒性。 Electronic belt weighing device was a kind of measurement instrument to weigh materials continuously and automatically and usual PID control algorithm based on singlechip was difficult to meet control requirements of the system. Introduction was made to belt weighing system hardware design, raising a kind of PID control algorithm based on single-neuron and simulation was carried out. Results show that single-neuron PID controller is with fine anti-moving and fast tracking performance. The system can be kept fine self-adaptiveness and robustness under allowable error with suitable learning rate, proportional factor, weight initial value.
