摘要
利用霍尔传感器,设计了一种电机转速测量装置并提出相应的测速算法;还设计了转速信号处理电路,将脉冲信号转化为标准的TTL电平,便于AT89C52单片机的计数运算,并通过74LS164寄存器将转速信号显示在LED上。该电机测速装置具有线路简单、实时性好、成本低、安装调试方便和节省空间等特点,尤其是在测量空间有限、轴偏心或传感器不便安装的条件下,该测量方法有明显的优势。
A kind of motor rotating speed measurement device was designed by using Hall sensor and the relevant speed measurement algorithm was raised. Rotating speed signal processing circuit was also designed to make pulse signal transferred into standard TTL-level. It was convenient for AT89C52 to count and via 74LS 164 register, rotating speed signal was displayed on LED. The motor rotating speed measurement device is simple in circuit, good in real-time, low in cost, convenient in installation and debugging and saving in space, especially under the conditions of limited measurement space, shaft eccentric or inconvenient for sensor installation, the measurement method has obvious superiority.
