摘要
火车装车系统使用无极绳调度绞车,采用YBLX-10/12型限位开关,经常由于岗位司机的误操作,造成绞车二次过卷,发生过卷事故,给安全生产带来损失。对该开关技术改造后,杜绝了二次过卷事故的发生,起到了限位开关的过卷保护作用,确保了安全运行。
The loading system of the train of using endless rope dispatching winch adopts the YBLX - 10/12 type limit switch, often because of misoperation of the post driver, causes the second overwinding, happens overwinding accident, brings the loss for the safety in production. After the technical improvement of this switch, stops the second overwinding accident,plays the overwinding protection role of limit switch ,ensures the safe operation.
