西山电力调度自动化系统采用先进的面向对象的设计思想,遵循标准的软件工程模式,基于IEC 61970 CIM/CIS模型进行研发设计,建立起了开放式、分布式的平台系统,并在此基础上满足SCADA、EMS、DMS、TMR等诸多应用的需求,具有良好的可扩展性。是一个面向超大型配网自动化控制中心应用的新一代能量管理系统。
