摘要
对乳中金黄色葡萄球菌进行PCR与2种快速检测致病性金黄色葡萄球菌的培养基以及GB4789.10—94方法进行比较,结果表明,PCR方法的敏感性为100%,特异性为85%,符合率为90%;petrfilm RSA方法的敏感性为100%,特异性为95%,符合率为96.7%;Baird-Parker RPF方法的敏感性为100%,特异性为90%,符合率为93.3%。
PCR and two rapid detection of pathogenic staphylococcus aureus in dairy methods and GB4789.10-94 method are compared. The results showed that: the sensitivity of PCR method for 100%, specificity was 85%, the rate was 90percent; petrfihn RSA method sensibility was 100%, specificity was 95%, the rate was 96.7 percent; Baird-Parker RPF method sensibility was 100%, specificity was 90%, the rate was 93.3 percent.
