摘要 对太阳能光伏材料的研究进展做了简要综述。介绍了硅太阳能电池材料、铜铟硒(CIS)薄膜太阳能电池材料的研究现状及其存在的问题;还介绍了与纳米技术相结合的纳米晶太阳能电池材料以及在现有基础上的进一步技术创新。 In this paper, we summarized the research progress and the problems of solar PV silicon materials at present. The research progress of CIS thin film material and nanocrystalline solar cell materials were introduced respectively. The latest innovations of the original technologies were also elaborated in a short summary.
