摘要 城市剩余污泥的妥善处理是十分必要的。为提高污泥的碳氮比,增加污泥降解程度,采用在污泥中添加其它成分进行混合共厌氧消化的工艺。为解决城市剩余污泥处理系统能量消耗大、成本高的问题,设计了以太阳能作为热源的自动加热恒温系统,满足了共厌氧反应装置高效运行的需要。文章介绍了具有太阳能加热的城市剩余污泥共厌氧处理的实验室系统以及城市污泥处理的实验。 In order to increase the carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) and the degradable degree of waste activated sludge (WAS), the anaerobic co-digestion was used in this study. Simultaneously, the system of automatic solar-heating constant was designed to meet the high efficiency performance in co-digestion process. Results showed that there is a potential application value of this system, but further research is needed in detail for a large-scale application.
