摘要
采用纸片法对4种微藻的不同溶剂浸提液、粗脂和粗脂的各分离组分进行了抗3种植物病原菌活性试验。结果表明:4种微藻对3种植物病原菌都具有一定的抗菌活性;在各种溶剂浸提液中,乙醚浸提液的抗菌效果最好;在4种微藻的粗脂中,蛋白核小球藻的粗脂对玉米大斑病菌的抗菌活性最强;在各分离组分中,娇柔塔胞藻的苯洗脱组分对稻瘟病菌的抗菌活性最强。
Crude grease,elution fractions and solvent extracts from four microalgae were tested for antimicrobial activities against three plant pathogens using the agar disc diffusion method. The result showed that the all of four microalgae had antimicrobial activities against the three plant pathogens; The ether extracts had the strongest antimicrobial activities among all of solvent extracts; The crude grease from Chlorella pyrenoidosa had the strongest antimicrobial activities against Helrninthosporium turcicum of the four microalgae crude grease; The benzene fraction from Pyramidomonas delicatula had the strongest antimicrobial activities against Pyricularia oryzae of all the elution fractions.
