套袋对满天红和美人酥梨果实主要营养成分的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究了套袋对满天红和美人酥梨果实中糖、酸、维生素C、氨基酸和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,套袋后,两品种果实中的总糖、非还原糖和总酸含量显著降低,氨基酸含量显著增加,糖酸比有所增加,蛋白质含量各处理间均无显著变化。套袋对满天红梨果实维生素C含量无显著影响,美人酥梨套双层纸袋与对照和套三层纸袋的维生素C含量均无显著性差异,而套三层纸袋与对照相比维生素C含量显著下降。 The influents of bagging treatment on the changes of suger,acid,vitamin C,amino acid and protein were studied in this trial. The results showed that after bagging the fruits, the contents of the total sugar and total acid were decreased significantly, while the contents of amino acid were increased sinificantly. The suger-acid ratio was increased and the contents of protein had no difference among different treatments. Bagging treatments had no great effects on vitamin C of Mantianhong pear. There were no significant differences between double-layer paper bag and three-layer bag using onto the Meirensu pear, while using the three-layer bag, Vc was decreased compared to CK.
