对盘式电机定子和转子铁心成形工艺特点进行了研究,提出冲槽模移动的送料补偿成形系统及补偿方法。讨论了不同下线槽倾角γ的铁心成形方法。

The forming workmanship of iron core of stators and rotors of the disc type motor was studied, materials feeding compensation system by means of moving the punching mould was put forward and finally the core forming method under different angle of coil inserting was discussed.
