摘要
从科学的环保健康发展观与和谐的卫生监督执法环境的角度出发,结合传染病防治、职业病防治以及医疗执业的卫生监督实际情况和存在问题,对公共场所集中式空调系统、医疗机构医疗废弃物以及铸造行业职业病危害物质污染对环境及人群健康的影响进行综合分析,提出相应的管理对策和执法建议,并探讨卫生监督与环境保护之间的关系,为进一步规范卫生监督执法,保障人群健康,保护环境,促进社会和谐提供依据。
Starting from the scientific outlook for health development and the harmonious environment of health supervision, aiming at the sanitary status and issues in Songjiang District of Shanghai, the influence of air condition ventilation system in public places, hospital wastes, occupational disease hazards from casting industry on environment and public health were analyzed. Besides, the relationship between health inspection and environment protection was discussed. Consequently, strategies and proposal for health inspection and environment protection were offered in order to establish harmonious society.
