摘要
[目的]研究职业紧张对交警血浆中多巴胺与IL-6的影响。[方法]对122名交警运用简明职业紧张问卷进行职业紧张程度评定,测定其血浆中的多巴胺与IL-6浓度,多巴胺采用高效液相色谱技术检测,IL-6采用夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测。[结果]不同职业紧张程度人群的多巴胺差异无统计学意义;而职业紧张程度低、中、高组间,IL-6水平分别为1.550±0.773、1.601±0.714、1.919±0.981 ng/mL,呈现递增趋势,但P=0.148,无统计学意义。工作回报低、中、高组间比较,IL-6分别为2.443±1.234、1.723±0.847、1.737±0.952ng/mL,P=0.011,差异有统计学意义。低回报组的IL-6水平明显高于中、高回报组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]职业紧张对血浆中多巴胺含量无明显影响,而职业紧张程度高、低工作回报会导致IL-6水平增高。
[ Objective ] To explore the effects of occupational stress on the level of dopamine and interleukin 6( IL-6 )in plasma of traffic policemen. [ Methods ] Occupational stress, dopamine and IL-6 level in plasma were measured and analyzed in 122 traffic policemen. Occupational stress was assessed by the core job stress scale, dopamine was measured with high performance liquid chromatography, and IL-6 level was tested with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELSIA ). [ Results ] There was no significant difference in dopamine among various occupational stress groups. IL-6 level in low, middle and high groups of occupational stress were 1.550 ± 0.773, 1.601 ±0.714 and 1.919 ± 0.981 ng/mL respectively. There was an increasing trend of IL-6 but not significant statistically among various groups. There is a significant difference in IL-6 level among job reward groups, the IL-6 level were 2.443 ± 1.234, 1.723 ± 0.847 and 1.737 ± 0.952 ng/mL in low, medium, and high job reward groups respectively. Moreover, the IL-6 level in low reward group was higher than that of medium or high reward groups. [ Conclusion ] There is no obvious effect on plasma dopamine by occupational stress, and high occupational stress may be contributed to IL-6 level increase.
