小而密低密度脂蛋白的检测方法 被引量:8

摘要 低密度脂蛋白(LDL)颗粒在大小、密度和脂质组成上具有异质性。小而密低密度脂蛋白(sdLDL)是 LDL 中可致动脉粥样硬化的一类亚型,与冠心病的形成密切相关。近年米,sdLDL 与冠心病的关系愈来愈受到人们的关注,但亟待解决的问题是缺乏简易分析 LDL 亚组分的方法。现对目前检测 sdLDL 的各种方法进行综述,介绍最近建立的简单、快速、高效的芯片电泳分离血清脂蛋白的方法。这种方法可望成为分离检测 sdLDL 的常规分析手段,为冠心病的诊断提供有力帮助。
