摘要
通过使用中国科学院理化技术研究所的“金属材料低温热导测试装置”。以液氮为冷却介质,采用稳态法,实测了W9Mo3Cr4V材料在80~300K的低温热导率。该试验数据精确度高,为高速钢刀具深冷处理的计算机模拟提供了必要的数据,同时填补了该材料低温参数的国内空白。
Using "the metal material low temperature thermal conductivity testing device" made by Techical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of CAS to accomplish the test. Fluid nitrogen used as cooling medium, the stable state method has been used in the experiment. The thermal conductivity is tested at low temperature in the 80 - 300 K. The experiment has provided the essential data for computer simulation in the deep cryogenic treatment of the high - speed steel cutting tools, and filled the domestic blank in low temperature parameter of the material.
