摘要
45钢冷挤压零件原材料预先正火,彻底消除魏氏组织、带状组织,形成均匀片状珠光体,然后在球化退火时,才能获得碳化物颗粒均匀、圆整、弥散分布在铁素体基体上的理想组织。这样就能保证冷挤压抗力最小,防止冷挤压时零件开裂的倾向。
