摘要
针对ISG型轻度混合动力汽车的局限性,开展了ISG型中度混合动力汽车驱动系统设计研究。根据整车性能指标要求,进行了整车动力驱动系统包括发动机、ISG电机、蓄电池以及相关动力传动系统的参数设计;提出了ISG型中度混合动力汽车的基本控制策略;利用Matlab/Si mulink软件平台,建立了整车的动力学模型,并在选定的循环工况下,对整车性能进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:所设计的驱动系统参数匹配较为合理,整车动力性达到了相应的要求,燃油经济性得到了明显提高。
Based on the limitation of ISG-type (integrated starter/generator type) mild hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), the propulsion system of ISG-type moderate HEV was studied. According to the indexes of performance of whole vehicle, the parameters of the powertrain system including engine, ISG-type motor, battery, gear ratio of transmission and final drive were designed. A basic control strategy for ISG-type moderate HEV was proposed. A dynamic model of whole vehicle was built based on the Matlab/Simulink software platform. The simulation was accomplished at selected driving cycle. The results show that the parameters of propulsion system were reasonably matched; propulsion performances of whole vehicle satisfy relative demand; fuel economy is obviously improved.
