摘要
回顾中西医结合医院发展的沿革,分析中西医结合医院发展的现状;并结合中西医结合医院自身的条件、时代的机遇,提出了中西医结合医院新时期应该从传承经验、找结合点、提高疗效、培养人才、建立科学机制等方面入手,确立新时期中西医结合医院的发展思路。
The paper reviewed the development history of integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital and analyzed the present situation of the hospital as well. It is argued that, combined with the self conditions and the opprotunity of the time, more efforts should be made in carrying on experiences, seeking combinative points, improving efficacy, training talented persons and establishing scientific mechanisms to develop the hospital in the new era.
