摘要
根据王家滩菱铁矿的性质,在大量试验研究的基础上,确定出浮选铜硫-焙烧-磁选的工艺流程,可获得品位57.23%、回收率62.94%、含硫0.18%的铁精矿;品位16.08%、回收率82.92%的铜精矿,最大限度地利用了铜和硫资源。
According to the property of siderite in Wangjiatan Mine and based on a great number of tests, the process of flotation of copper and sulfur-roasting-magnetic separation was determined. It could achieve the iron concentrate with the iron grade 57.23% , recovery 62.94% and sulfur content 0.18% ; the copper concentrate with the copper grade 16.08% and recovery 82.92%. It comprehensively utilized copper and sulfur in maximum.
