Quantitative Evaluation Methods and an Empirical Study of Tourism Destination Cultural Changes

为评价旅游目的地文化变迁的内容、方向、程度并掌握其变迁原因,本文设计了旅游目的地文化变迁评价指标体系,提出采用德尔菲法和AHP法确定各项指标的权重,并对青岛啤酒文化的变迁进行了实证研究,详细说明了旅游目的地文化变迁量化评价的方法。

To evaluate the contents, direction, degree and reasons of tourism destination＇ s cultural changes, this paper designs an Evaluation Indicator System for Tourism Destination＇ s Cultural Changes. By using the Delphi method and AHP method to access indicators weights and calculate the degree of cultural changes, the paper takes beer cultural Changes of Qingdao city as an example to explain the quantitative methods for evaluating tourism destination＇ s cultural changes.
