171家不同级别卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生监督职能开展情况研究

摘要 目的了解我国卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生职能开展情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取样本机构171家。结果(1)地市级和县级单位食品卫生职能项目开展比例分别为82.87%和73.31%,而县级单位职业卫生职能项目开展比例最低,为44.24%;(2)具体项目开展比例分析发现,省、市、县职业卫生许可项目开展比例较低。结论总体来说卫生监督机构食品卫生监督职能开展情况优于职业卫生。 Objective:To understand the status of food and occupational health inspection function in our country. Methods: 171 agencies at three different levels were investigated through stratified cluster sampling. Results: 1) The operation ratios of food inspection at city and county levels are 82.87 % and 73.31%, the operation ratio of occupational inspection at county level ranks lowest with the ratio of 44.24%. 2) The operation ratio of occupational health permit at three levels is very low. Conclusion: The operation of the food health inspection function is better than occupational health inspection.
