关于我国食品包装材料管理工作的几点思考

近年来,人们对于食品安全的关注点和理解面都超越了食品本身的范畴,包装材料的安全已经成为人们关注的焦点之一。食品包装一方面可以保护食品不受外界的污染,另一方面,包装材料本身的化学成分会向食品中迁移,如果迁移的量超过一定界限,会影响食品的卫生。本文分析了我国目前所使用的几种食品包装材料的安全隐患,就加强我国食品包装材料卫生管理工作提出了几点建议。

In recent years, people concern about food safety much more than food itself. Among these concerns, the safety of packaging materials has become one of the focuses. Food packaging materials can protect food from contamination from the outside world, on the other hand, the chemical compositions of packaging materials themselves can penetrate into foods, if the penetrating magnitude is more than a certain threshold, they will affect the safety of food. This paper analyzed the potential safety problems of several food packaging materials used in our country. To strengthen the safety management of packaging materials, the author gave some recommendations.
