自主创新教育界说

On Autonomous and Creative Education

自主创新教育是在我国民族教育改革中发展起来的新的教育模式,是以走进新生活、尊重个体生命、养成自由个性为价值取向,充分显现人的本质力量,使受教育者得到和谐发展的教育。在10多年的实践探索中,整体构建了"自主生活成人"、"自主创新成才"的实践模式和活动教育方法。同时不断进行理论提炼,提出了"教育是生活,需要创设学生自己的新生活;教育是生成,需要引领学生的自主活动;教育是超越,需要启迪学生的创新精神"的教育理念,正朝着综合化、生活化、活动化、个性化、和谐化的方向发展。

Autonomous and creative education is a new education model emerged in the reform of ethnic education in China. Its value is oriented toqards entering a new life, respecting individuals and forming individual personalities. It fully displays man＇s essential power and enables students to receive education of harmonious development. Through more than ten years＇ practice and exploration, we have constructed a practice model and education method to train students into talented personnel through autonomous living and autonomous creation. At the same time, through theoretical researches, we have proposed an education concept that ＂education is life, which enables students to create a new life of their own; education is generation, which guides students to perform autonomous activities; and education is transcending, which is aimed at inspiring students＇ innovative spirits.＂ Now it is developing towards the direction of being comprehensive, life-oriented, activity-oriented, individualized and harmonious.
