Design of Performance Assessment Network Platform Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

基于表现性评价过程的质性特点,提出了适用于此评价模式下的模糊综合评判方法.一是构建模糊综合评判模型,将模糊性语言描述加以数量化,从而可利用传统的数学方法进行分析处理;二是设计模糊评价算法,使得模糊综合评判可以在计算机网络环境下高效地实现.

Based on the qualitative characteristics of performance assessment, this paper presents the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method applicable to this assessment pattern. On the one hand, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, making the fuzzy description quantitative to be analysed and handled by the traditional mathematical approach. On the other hand, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is devised, enabling the evaluation to be efficiently fulfilled in the computer network environment.
