摘要
通过分析新形势下中国建筑企业人力资源管理面临的压力及存在的问题,再造了建筑企业人力资源管理过程,并重新定位了建筑企业的人力资源管理部门的职能。
In light of analysis on the problems and the pressure on human resource management for the building enterprises in China, the article reengineers the process of human resource management for building enterprises and repositions the functions of the human resource administration sections for the building enterprises.
