什么是法律?法律是否能够被信仰?西方人能够建立法治社会是基于他们将法律作为信仰吗?因此厘清"法律信仰"的问题,才是引领我们回归法律被真正得到尊重和有效实施的正道。

what is the law, we believe in what and whether the law can be believed or not？ Nobody proved all of these for us ever. Therefore, we become doubted about the ＂faith of the law＂ and we have to clarify what is the law and what is the faith indeed. With this purpose, this paper is intended to solve the problem of the ＂faith of the law＂, to lead us to give the law the true respect and effective implementation, and to provide more rational and more convincing arguments to the problems demanding prompt solution in the process of legalization of our country.
