职业院校“伴工伴教”模式探析

摘要 教师和学生同时到企业顶岗实践,在明确的责任、适度的人数规模、合理的时间安排和有效的措施下,教师实践技能得到有效提升,学生在顶岗中发现的问题得到及时解决,实习效率提高,是"半工半读"的有益补充。 The teacher and the students practice to an enterprise together. Under clear responsibilities, moderate student number, reasonable schedule and effective measures, the teacher, s practical skills are enhanced, and at the same time, the problems that the students find out in the practicing are solved in time, the efficiency of practicing is raised. Companion -work, companion -teaching is the useful supplement of work - study program.
