完善铟冶炼工艺提升粗铟质量的探讨

摘要 文章介绍了在铟的生产过程,通过对富集渣进行中性浸出除Zn、Cd、Fe,料液加铁粉净化除Bi、Cu、Pb、Sn、As、Sb,反萃液中水解沉淀净化除Bi、Sn和加铟片置换净化除Bi、Sn,粗铟真空蒸馏除Cd,降低了粗铟杂质含量,提高了粗铟质量。 This paper has introduced sevral processes in the process of producing indium: Zn, Cd, Fe are removed through neutral leaching from enrichment slag; Bi, Cu, Pb, Sn, As and Sb in the feed are removed by putting iron powder into feed;Bi, Sn in the stripping solution are removed by the hydrolysis precipitation and adding indium tablets to replace them;Cd in the crude indium is removed by vacuum distillation. These processes reduce the impurities in crude indium and improve the quality of the crude indium.
